That the ministries of Harvest Time will engender the equipping and training of ministry leaders, allowing them to become all that God wants them to be. This ministry will not judge itself by seating capacity of its main sanctuary, but by its ability to effectively train leaders who will carry on the work of God's Kingdom. To send out equipped and trained missionaries and mission teams, musical groups, church planters, and evangelists to spread the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

For God's Glory our children will be taught and cared for, our marriages will be strengthened, our singles community will find shelter and genuine concern, our youth will be unconditionally loved and helped through their development, and our seniors will be honored and taught that they still have a purpose in life.

As God enables, this church will be ready and relevant to meet the challenges of today and the years ahead, until Jesus comes again.
