Allen and Jan Sayers were both raised in Southern California. They met and married in 1964 and settled down to raise a family. They have three sons - Steven, Rick, and Tim- all currently living in the Central Florida area. God had other plans for them and in 1971 they moved to the beautiful mountains of North Georgia.

In 1976 God called Allen into full-time ministry and confirmed it to Jan. They moved their family to Lakeland, Florida where he attended Southeastern College of the Assemblies of God. Since the start of college, they have continued in full-time service to the Lord and His people. They came to Harvest Time Memorial Church in August 1985. Allen served as Associate Pastor and Principal of Harvest Time Christian School for ten years and continues now as Senior Administrator. Jan has always worked with children and is the Children's Pastor and also teaches sign language in an ongoing ministry to the hearing impaired.
